Enjoy your stay in our very quiet, new and lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with a large eat-in kitchen on the garden level. The apartment is located in the “Bergerhöhe” residential area on the outskirts of Wangen, around 10 minutes’ walk from the idyllic old town.
The apartment is very sunny, has a separate entrance to the house and a covered terrace. It is modern and brightly furnished, has parquet floors (bedroom and living room) and natural stone floors (hallway, bathroom, eat-in kitchen). Underfloor heating is laid throughout the apartment, which can be used for optional cooling in summer.
In the carport next to the entrance to the house is the electric charging station, which can be used in agreement.
The kitchen is equipped with the most important machines: dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
The equipment of the apartment is very high quality and classified with 4 DTV stars.
The city bus stop and a good infrastructure are nearby: cultural offerings, shopping, bakery, post office, bank.
Likewise, ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails and swimming in natural lakes (moor) and outdoor pool.
After an eventful day, relax in our beautifully landscaped garden, at the barbecue area or on the terrace!

In addition to the overnight price, the city of Wangen`s year-round tourist tax of € 1,60 per day and per person aged 18 and over is added.
Business travelers are exempt from tourist tax and do not receive a guest card.
Severely disabled people with ID: 50 % discount: the registered accompanying person “B” does not pay the tourist tax (copy of ID required).

We are happy to buy some groceries for you before your arrival and put them in the fridge. Please send us your shopping list 7 days before your arrival. Payment upon arrival in cash.
